The most genuine and hard working people you can find. Two other companies wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for something I didn't need. They fit me in on short notice and realized upon looking at my system , the condenser needed to get washed. Just really really honest and good people. I highly recommend

After getting the run around and realizing I was about to get ripped off by a larger company in the Aynor area (I won't name any names, but they aren't my First Choice any more!) I was fortunate enough to come across Robert Hughes Heating & Cooling. Robert is upfront, honest and has the best interest of his customer at all times. He offers reasonable rates and you can count on quality work being done. I'm very satisfied with the exterior coil replacement that was completed on my packaged unit.

GREAT people to deal with....they were fast, courteous, efficient,friendly and went out of their way to do the best they could to get our system going....when it became evident that the outer unit was completely gone out ,they quickly worked up estimates that were FAR less than anyone else quoted us ,and were very quick to schedule the replacement and setup of our new system.They were very good and efficient in everything they did,ALL the people on the crew were so friendly and professional,we are VERY happy with all they did and recommend them to anyone needing any type of heat or ac service work done

Robert Hughes Heating and Cooling is a first class organization. From the moment I spoke with Natalie on the phone I knew I was in good hands. She is so warm, friendly and accommodating and she knows her business! The service technician who performed maintenance on our heating and cooling systems was very professional, knew his business and was a perfect gentleman! Those are a rare combination nowadays! They shouldn't be, but they are. I called once about a problem I was having with plumbing that didn't really fall under the HVAC umbrella and Natalie went out of her way to track down a wonderful plumber for me - not "in a couple of days", but in MINUTES! They are the best!
